Our vision is to ensure people returning to the community from incarceration have the tools and resources to successfully reenter, to promote public safety through effective reentry, and to enhance community stabilization through reduced crime and increased productiveness.

We assist clients in all situations, no matter if they are on parole, probation, work release, or home detention. To be engaged in our services all clients get started by registering to attend our Orientation session that we have in-person every other week by calling our main line at 317-612-6800.

From there, depending on the needs of the person, individuals may see a mental health or recovery coach, or attend our in-person four-day Advancing Your Career workshop we have every other week. This workshop teaches individuals about current job market trends, how to identify their personal skill set, how to create a resume and cover letter, how to talk about felony convictions with employers, and practice mock interviewing. Then, clients are assigned a case manager to be fully engaged in our services.

Mission

Our mission is to provide a variety of services to incarcerated and previously incarcerated individuals and their families to lead productive and responsible lives in their community.

Vision

Our vision is to ensure that people returning to the community from incarceration have the tools and resources to successfully re-enter; to promote public safety through effective re-entry; and to enhance community stabilization through reduced crime and increased productiveness.
