 Artist’s Statement

“There is an overwhelming need for light and healing in the world today. I can't ignore the voice that keeps reminding me to ‘be the change you wish to see.’ Throughout my life, the creative process is how I have healed from and overcome challenges and trauma. Art is also how I share my humanity, purpose, and connection to all that is. It is how I choose how I want to feel every day and how I want to impact others.

In my work, I use water-based media, acrylics, enamel, ink, crayons, and pencils. Through these mediums, I aim to inspire self-reflection, joy, healing, gratitude, and connection. By balancing the artist's hand with playful design elements, my work is both intentional and feminine, visceral and sensual.”
