How It Works
The COMMISSION PROCESS

Commission reservations are limited.

1. Purchase your commission reservation Because of limited availability, reservations are non-refundable and are applied towards your first installment payment.

2. Submit the form below or email me at julie@juliedavisart.com with your commission request

I will respond to you, usually within 24 hours, to schedule a phone/zoom consultation to collect the details of your commission. 

3. I provide you a commission proposal based on consultation call. Once your 50% installment payment is received (less your reservation purchase), I begin concept sketches and we move forward.

  • Commissions take anywhere from 2-8 weeks to complete depending on your vision.
  • I send photos and updates through out the creation process! 
  • All original work starts at $600: 20x30/on canvas and requires a non-refundable $200 reservation fee  which is applied towards the first installment. 
  • Exception: Pet Portraits start at $120: 8x10/on paper and client provides 3 photo references. Pet Portraits require a non-refundable $60 reservation fee which is applied towards the first installment.
